Despite high winds and a showery start to the day, the Titahi Bay’s Beach Festival proved to be a fantastic event.
In it’s third year held in early February this year, the day shone, the atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm and families enjoyed the range of activities on offer, stalls, food, and great music provided by Lei & the Bay-ites and Fraser MacKenzie’s solo folk/rock jamming.
The event was held from 2 – 7 pm and I headed down with a number of the Kapiti Camera Club members. I only stayed an hour – but I thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be heading back next year to either photograph, or just enjoy!
Here is a small snippet of what was going on!
